On September 2, 2023, the European Cooperation System obtained approval from Ivorian authorities to observe the municipal and regional elections of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. Our experts trained 35 young Ivorians in the role of international election observers. The purpose of this training was to deploy our observers across 28 regions of Côte d’Ivoire. An international report on this election is currently being prepared.
